Our Focus...
- We are a real estate company that focuses on purchasing residential homes with the least amount of monies forwarded by investors. We then lease these preferred homes to families utilizing a "Lease With The Option To Purchase" contract wherein our Lessees receive matching monies at the end of a 3 or 5 year lease to use towards the purchase of their rental home.
